The most common location of an ectopic pregnancy is the fallopian tube, but it can also be located in the cervix, the ovary, or within the abdominal cavity. The most common symptoms are pelvic pain and abnormal bleeding. If it is detected early, it can sometimes be treated with medication instead of surgery.
