Which tests should I have in the first trimester?

Basic testings. Basic tests include a cbc, type and screen, urine test, hemoglobin electrophoresis, cystic fibrosis screen, pap smear (if over the age of 21), gonorrhea/chlamydia testing/ HIV testing; RPR (syphillis testing).
Depends. Standard first trimester tests in the United States include blood type, blood count, hepatitis test, rubella test, syphilis test, hiv, urine culture. Depending on the patient's history, her desires for genetic testing or the doctor's protocols other tests may be performed.
