No active infection. Igg antibody levels indicate an immunity resulting from past exposure to an infectious agent such as virus or bacteria. You are immune to rubella and have antibodies against toxoplasmosis. Igm antibodies are produced during the acute stage of infection as these antibodies have multiple facets to fight infections. Igm antibodies being negative indicates that you do not have an active infection.
History of infection. The tests mean that you have had exposure or infection in past for both. You do not have a current infection.
