A healthy diet consists of mostly plant based including green leafy vegetables and all different colors of fruits and vegetables.
The majority of these should be raw as in a salad or lightly steamed. Meat should consist of lean chicken, turkey, fish, and occasionally very lean beef or pork. Snacks should be fruits, tree nuts, and whole grains. Go light on the carbs and only whole grains. No sugar.
