So long as you do not have any medical or obstetrical problems that preclude physical activity, you can and should exercise during pregnancy.
Pregnant women who are physically active throughout the pregnancy do very well with labor, delivery, etc. Walking, pregnancy yoga, pregnancy pilates, swimming, the elliptical machine are all great options.
