No. Acne lesion extraction does not help.
Acne is an inflammatory disorder. The more you manipulate, the worse the inflammation, the higher the risk of scarring. If the facial only involves massage and salicylic acid peels, it's ok, but this is not necessarily better than self treatment with otc salicylic acid washes.
