In brief: MD
Go and have you family doctor check you out.
You may have torn the ligament or damaged the hamstring attachments.

In brief: Strained hamstring?
This could be many things and i would recommend seeking complete medical evaluation to get an accurate diagnosis.
The most common cause of these symptoms is a strained hamstring (a partial rupture of the hamstring muscle, usually at the junction of the muscle and it's tendon, of varying degrees of severity). Sometimes the actual attachment of the muscle/tendon to the bone can also be detached.
