In brief: Leg lifts

Sit straight - good posture - will help your core muscles.
Raise your lower leg extending it at the knee lowering it back toward the floor without touching. Raise on a count of 3, lowering at the same rate. Do each leg separately 10 times (1 set). Work up to 3 sets each leg. Raise each upper leg with bent knee off the chair lowering but not touching chair until end of 10 "reps". Do 3 sets.

In brief: Many

Depending on how strong you are use a 2 water bottles or something heaver & do arm curls (straighten your arms & bend bottles to chest), presses (holding the bottles out to the side of your head press straight up & then back down.
Try to do the kan kan while sitting (kick your feet out in front of your and up one at a time). You can use a thera band instead. Start and you will think of more.
