In brief: Try These

Eat a whole food based diet, fruit, vegetables, lean protein, nuts, legumes and omega 3 fats.
Avoid processed foods. Get 7-8 hours of sleep night. Exercise daily, make sure not to over do it. Practice relaxation techniques, yoga, deep breathing. Get a massage or try acupuncture. Challenge automatic negative thoughts. Negative thoughts can cause negative emotions which can increase your symptoms.

In brief: Most pts are alike!

The current drugs, cymbalta, lyrica, and savella (milnacipran) do not completely remit patients with fibromyalgia.
However, over half my patients have asn underlying inflammatory arthritis that has been missed. I agree with the omega-3 suggestion, and vitamin d3 deficiency has been related to increased perception of pain. Exercise as best as you can. Make sure you have a good mattress. Sleep.
