Your fracture seems to be well advanced in healing and i think you should start pt at this time to overcome stiffness.

The humerus is a very vascular bone.
Assuming your fracture is only minimally displaced and did not require surgery, it is uncommon for this bone to not heal. Eat healthy, avoid smoking or second hand smoke and avoid stress to the area. I'm assuming also that you were given a brace to wear.
