In brief: A variety

A variety of meds can help, but for most, healthy sleep habits beat any drug, although can take some time to show improvment.
Shut tv computer off an hour before bed and never use in bed. Go to bed and get up at the same time 7 days/week. Don't spend more than 8 hours in bed. Don't sleep during the day. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, especially late in the day. See your doctor if needed.
