In brief: Arrhthmia

It could be atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and pvcs.
Treatment depends on what the monitored showed. Lot of times if your sleep apnea gets treated and if it improves, your arrhytmia will get better also.

In brief: Possible arrhythmia

When you sleep the heart rhythm is affected.
Normally during sleep the heart rate decreases. Occassionaly, one could have arrhythmia. The likelihood fo having dysrhythmia is increased when one has obstructive sleep apnea.
