High fatty meals or large meals can also make it difficult to fall asleep and may even cause acid reflux disrupting our sleep. Would avoid meals 2-3 hours before bedtime although a light bedtime snack can help promote sleep. Sugary substances can also result on over stimulation and sleep issues.
