Pull it together. By getting some professional help to define the problem.There are many reasons for feeling scattered. Stress of any kind, adhd, depression, work overload at home or in one's profession, financial losses. Positive ones also are stressful like a new home, marriage, new partner, better job, empty nest. Loss of health, loved ones, physical function, other traumas can do it. Define then start solving.
