How we r eating now! Some of the worst damage we do do ourselves we do with our diets. Eating large quantities of fast, highly processed foods instead of freshly prepaired meals, using chips, cookies, snacks to fill up as opposed to fruits & veggies. Eating late at nite is another biggie. Just not taking the time to eat the things our gobies were designed to eat is the worst " bad eating habit" we have!
There are many! In general food is meant for nutrition and energy, so we want to focus on eating a variety of foods in moderation that provide us with nutrition and give us energy after we eat them. The more natural the foods (free from a bunch of chemicals and preservatives) the better! We are meant to eat slowly, away from distractions, starting when we are hungry and stopping when we are satisfied.
