Eat What you Like. 1. Never drink sodas/beer; 2. Make sugars rare (once a week); 3 limit carbs to 1cup per meal (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, corn, peas, beans); 4. Fruits 1/2 cup serving 2 times per day; 5. Meat size of you hand per day; 6. Vegetables all you can eat. Notice you can eat what your use to with limits. Sugars once a week mean that you will enjoy with great expectation = greater joy.
