8 hours or more. Sleeping is so vitally important for good health. It is when we recharge our battery and it enables us to thrive. Lack of good consistent sleep can not only be dangerous to our body ( high blood pressure, depression, anxiety) but to others. Good sleeping habits allow your body to function at its peak and burn calories efficiently.
A good 8 hours. Getting 8 hours of sleep a night is a good thing. A person becomes well rested and less stressed. Many people eat or snack when under stress, so less stress can lead to fewer calories eaten. When people try to stay up to study or work, they often eat or drink to keep themselves stimulated and alert... leading to more calories eaten. Staying up watching TV and eating popcorn also adds calories!
