If you're a vegetarian, take increased amounts of protein from foods like beans to make up for the loss from animal products.
If you have kidney disease, check with your doctor first before doing this. Also, you need a B12 supplement esp if you also don't eat eggs. If you don't consume dairy, take a ca+d supplement as well. They come in pill form and a few candied forms like mini-chocolates.

activity – preferably in a green space. Do both cardio & weight training. Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Form & nurture quality relationships. Keep your priorities straight. Keep family high on that list. Obtain medical & mental health care when needed. Work toward physical, emotional & spiritual balance.
