If you really want to make a behavioral change, start with something ridiculously easy. If you increase by 1 minute per day, you'll be at 35 minutes in a month. If walk leisure..3mph...And increase daily by 0.1 mph, your at a brisk walk in 10 days. 35 minute walk, 6d/wk=10+healthy yrs 2 ur life.
