Tb is more likely to present with chronic cough - usually bloody with a known exposure to tb.
Unless you work in healthcare, have been around someone with tb, or travel to developed countries, your risk of contracting TB is low (real but low). I would think a more common cuase of your symptoms would be either allergy, sinus drainage, or acid reflux. Your local ENT can help determine cause.
