Although there are proponents of the idea that humans can suffer infestation by collembola (springtails, arthropods that inhabit soil), clinical studies have either been discredited or have not demonstrated evidence (eg: lim cs; et al.
Collembola are unlikely to cause human dermatitis. J insect sci. 2009; 9:3). For this reason, there is no standard of care treatment, to my knowledge.
