In brief: U may need a biopsy
Thyroid nodules are very common problem especially in woman.
95% of theese nodules are benign . The malignant nodules can have irregular margins, calcification and increased blood supply but just mild increase in the blood supply of the nodule can mean anything. It depends on the grade of the vascularity meaning how much is the blood supply. Not all these vascular nodules are malignant.

In brief: Where
Is this in your liver? You need to ask your doctor what this means.
But the location is kind of important.
