In brief: Depends on your work
Most employers should allow you some leave way in getting care.
Try to be the first in the morning so the doctor isn't behind and it's making you late. It all depends on your work.

In brief: Pregnancy Priority
It sounds obvious but bringing a child into our lives is one of the biggest game changers.
They become a priority and this begins before conception and definitely during your pregnancy. Inquire if your OB offers extended hours? If not, then discuss this with your employer about arriving a little late or leaving a little early so you can obtain consistent prenatal care.
