My voice vibrates when I get excited or when I talk loudly. Is this normal? How can I treat this?

In brief: May be normal
It depends on the severity.
If your symptoms are severe, it could be due to a problem with spasticity in the vocal cord muscles. This can sometimes be helped by an injection of botulinum toxin. In any case, if you are concerned, go see your local ENT or laryngologist.

In brief: Yes
It's normal. Not sure what you can do about it other than try not to get so excited.
