In brief: Sort of

The shape of your throat does affect your voice, and so some degree of slouching in the neck/upper back, etc may have a mild effect on normal speaking.
Good posture does impact singing and voice in terms of good breath support and the like.

In brief: Voice

When you are hunched over, your lungs do not completely expand.
You will have less air to push through your vocal cords, so your voice is affected. Stand up straight!
