Are there any supplements that I will help with ringing ears due to meniere's disease?

In brief: No FDA approved
There have been several studies looking at supplements such as melatonin, gingko, and bioflavinoids.
None of these studies demonstrate definitive improvement for tinnitus. Salt reduction, avoidance of caffeine, stress, and nicotine are common recommendations we make for patients with meniere's disease in an attempt to reduce tinnitus.

In brief: Perhaps
A few things which may help with tinnitus: stress reduction (yoga/tai chi), hearing aids if appropriate for hearing loss, supplements like (tinnitus DX and arches formula).
Consider n-acetyl cysteine if you have much noise exposure as well. These things may help, but make sure you see your ent/otologist for a full discussion of treatment options. Best wishes.
