It is not uncommon to get abdominal cramping with bowel movements.
This may represent some internal muscular cramping which is typically benign. Such episodes are self limiting. If the cramps persist, especially with irregular bowel habits such as diarrhea or constipation, then further evaluation with your regular doctor or gastroenterologist would be prudent.
