Are there any alternative non-surgical treatments for a mild cervical dysplasia?

In brief: Yes
An very acceptable non-surgical treatment of mild dysplasia is watchful waiting since most mild dysplasia will go away on its own.
Discontinuation of smoking and birth control pills could also help. There is some possibility that anti-oxidants, like vitamin c and vitamin a, may be useful as well, but i would recommend moderation in use of supplements since high doses may have side effects.

In brief: Yes
Current recommendations for mild dysplasia (cin i, lgsil) are surveillance.
We've learned that many low grade lesions regress on their own and intervention is only needed if they progress to high grade lesions (hgsil). Half of mild dysplasia will resolve on its own and cryotherapy, ablation, or leep are not currently recommended. Colposcopy can be repeated in 4-6 months.
