I have lipomas, how can I prevent more from returning or get rid of them with alternative medicine?

In brief: Not much helps
Lipomas are benign fatty "tumors" which are harmless and quite common.
Genes determine who is likely to get a lot of them. There is no current preventative medication or treatment allopathic or alternative that i know of, but the treatment is pretty simple. They are often easily removed in an outpatient surgical procedure with local anesthesia when needed. If they don't hurt, leave them alone.

In brief: No
They are spontaneous growths.
Many have them. Some have a lot= lipomatosis . If growing substantially or bruising, or painful, removal is an option a very few become liposarcomas and bad actors. If "alternative medicine" has a role, i haven't learned that.
