There is of now no cure or reliable treatment for lou gehrigs diseases. There are some promising results with stem cells, which i think will ultimately be the answer to treating this disease. Multofocal motoneuropathy is treated with immune therapy. This can resemble lou gehrigs disease and is treatable.
