Does your husband's condition prevent sex? If he can have sex, is he able to have an erection and ejaculation? Are their other physical barriers preventing sex? Are their psychological barriers? This is such a complex and important issue, that i cannot do it justice in just a few words. Discussing with your husband's doctor in an open and frank manner would be best. Good luck.

Depending on how the disability affects his sexual function, with mutual understanding and some adjustment and/or compensation, it will work out. Remember, more than any thing else, you really need each other to pull through hard times .
