Can you qualify for disability for a anxiety disorder?

I don't think so. I doubt it--but never know for sure--i have one pt who got disability for the DX of dependent personality!
Yes. If anxiety is incapacitating and preventing you from gainful employement then you would be considered disabled. In most states this is difficult to get and time consuming. As you have to go before a board of physicians and will have to see one or more psychotherapists before that. I haven't seen anyone get it in less than two years in alabama.
