In brief: Unlikelly, but...

Very unlikely, but having said that there are many atypical signs and symptoms of heart disease.
If you have the risk factors (family hx, smoking, diabetes, htn, high cholesterol) you should see your doctor, who can examine you and perform the nessecery tests to determine if you have heart disease.

In brief: Overwhelmingly no

The vast number of causes of hand pain are minor local issues in the hand itself or with the nerves thatexit the neck and travel into our hands.
Very, very rarely it could be due to an underlying heart condition in an individual with either known heart disease or multiple risk facotors such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, cigarette smoking , or family hx. Of heart attacks.
