What is myeloprolific disorder?

"Myeloproliferative" The myeloproliferative neoplasms are a group of diseases of the bone marrow in which an excess number of cells are produced. Included in this group are polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, primary myelofibrosis, and chronic myeloid leukemia. Common symptoms included fatigue, itching, night sweats, bone pain, fever, and weight loss. They can evolve into acute leukemia or myelodysplasia.
