In brief: 1 pint

If you meet the screening criteria, you can donate 1 pint of blood every 56 days.

Newer apheresis techniques can allow you to donate the equivalent of two units (/"pints") of packed red blood cells, while returning the plasma serum and platelets back to you. This can be done only 1/2 as often, so every 112 days. (Commonly referred to as "double red" donation).
