In brief: No

Cortisone injections do not cause infertility, but they can cause a variety of other effects that have negative health consequences, including bone loss, weight gain, increased blood pressure and blood sugar.
This is why their use should be limited as much as possible.

In brief: No

Corticosteroids in the past have not been shown to cause male-female infertility.
In fact when antisperm antibodies were previously treated for infertility reasons, they were treated with corticosteroids. On the other hand there've been some speculation that taking steroids early on in pregnancy can cause potential fetal abnormalities.
