I woke up with a black eye, but I never suffered from face trauma. Could this be related to my allergies?

In brief: Probably not

It would be unusual to have a black eye( assuming like a bruise) only on one side from allergies.
I would have that checked out with your primary care doctor or an ophthalmologist( eye specialist).

In brief: Not really

Should be on both sides if it was due to allergies.
If it is a true black eye, allergies are very unlikely to be the cause.
