If the congestion is not too severe, you may want to try a otc saline nasal spray or salin rinse (netipot, neilmed sinus rinse).
If they don't help try an otc decongestant like sudafed (provided you don't have hypertension). If you still have symptoms, consult you primary care.

You can also try some over the counter allergy meds lie claritin or zyrtec.
