I'm 3 weeks off hydrocodone but have to take 5mg oxy and 1mg lorazepam for a medical procedure, will this set back my recovery?

In brief: It could

That early out it could be a trigger for relapse, is the procedure necessary now, could it be done without the percocet, who also is a part of your recovery, does the doctor who is doing the procedure know about your history of addiction? Meaning it can be done but you really need to take a relapse risk seriously.
Many have relapse by going into similar senerio all on there own. Need accountabilit.

In brief: Probably fine to

Take a one time dose.
Have a good non-narcotic strategy to deal with post op pain.

In brief: Maybe

Perhaps you can go increase the sedative/hypnotic (lorazepam) and add some tylenol (acetaminophen) or some other moderate pain reliever.
