In brief: Hydro aftershocks
If you are talking about hydrocodone, or one of the other narcotics, and now you have been clean for 3 weeks, that is a great accomplishment.
You should be feeling normal apart from recurrent or continunous cravings. Unfortunately, over 90% of people in recovery relapse within 30 days! sadly, for many, the disease is lifelong with multiple returning to narcotic addictiion. Learn about suboxone!

In brief: Assume hydrocodone?
If you have been off hydrocodone (or any short-acting opioid) for 3 weeks, it is mostly done, at least the worst of the symptoms.
Some sleep disturbances, occasional leg cramps or spasms, and some anxiety can persist longer (several months) if you had a big habit for a long time. There are medications that can help, and some companies sell vitamins they claim helps (mixed reviews by users).
