Antioxidants. Eating well-balanced diet low in fat and high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals especially blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, plums, bright leafy greens, salmon, Alpha omegas, flax seed, whole wheat and grains, and lots of water.
Food for Skin. A healthy, well rounded diet that includes a well balanced variety of vegetables, fruits, grains, meats and dairy so that you are obtaining necessary carbs, protein and essential fats, vitamins and minerals. If you feel that your diet is poor or lacking in variety, then, a daily multi-vitamin may be helpful also. Some people need extra vitamin d if they practice regular, good sun protection.
