I have found that the main reasons women seek breast reduction are to help neck, back and shoulder pain caused by the constant downward pull of their very heavy breasts and to permit easier participation in athletics (running, basketball, etc.) occasionally, i will encounter a woman who is tired of unwanted attention from men they meet.
