In brief: Laser or Chem Peel

Once wrinkles have set in, creams may have a limited role.
I do recommend topicals with Retin-A and anti-oxidants, however you really need to try to stimulate new collagen and resurface the skin with laser procedures to see true "correction" in fine lines and wrinkles. Not all lasers are created equally, so seek the advice of a reputable laser surgeon in your area for more info. Hope this helps!

In brief: Reverse wrinkles

There are MANY ways to reverse the appearance of wrinkles.
They can be both surgical and non-surgical. So in reality, you are not actually "reversing" wrinkles but reducing their presence / appearance.

In brief: Wrinkle reduction

Wrinkles are separated into those caused by underlying muscle action and these are treated well by Botox if on the upper face usually, vs.
Those wrinkles caused by sundamage, smoking and other insults to the skin, and those are treated best by resurfacing with fraxel laser, portrait plasma, topical products including retin-a, tns essential serum and other products if approved by your dermatologist.

In brief: With treatments

To reduce wrinkles you need to build as well as stimulate new collagen.
This can come only from laser treatments that help repair damage done. Co2 and erbium yag (pixel) can help build collagen, photofacial (ipl) help with discoloration and tone of skin. Good skin care products are adjunctive and help maintain results. This is maintenance work to look great!

In brief: Yes

You can't stop aging but you can definitely turn back the clock and slow down aging wtih anti-aging products and procedures.
Antioxidants and anti-aging creams may not remove wrinkles as well as they help to slow down the damage which causes wrinkles. Procedures such as resurfacing with lasers, chemical peels, botox, and fillers can help to remove wrinkles and make you look much younger.
