In brief: Yes

Smoking speeds up the normal aging process leading to wrinkles.
This occurs as early as 5-10 years after starting smoking & the effects are magnified with sun exposure. The skin damage is from the nicotine which causes narrowing of the blood vessels impairing blood flow to your skin leading to decreased oxygen, nutrients & vitamins. Also collagen & elastin fibers are damaged by toxins in smoke.

In brief: Yes

The more you purse your lips, the more you will break the lines down in your skin.
.. Treatment usually consists of laser or chemical peel, botox, and possibly fillers like juvederm or restylane (dermal fillers). Best advice = stop smoking.
