In brief: First, get thorough
Evaluation by your primary care doc.
If there are no medical conditions that need treatment, then you might benefit from a mental health assessment to help figure out what your issues are. The good news is that anxiety and/or depression are highly treatable thru a combination of medication and psychotherapy. And yes, anxiety can contribute to headaches and dizziness. Good luck!

In brief: See your doctor
While your anxiety, headaches, and dizziness might be explained by problematic anxiety, it's important to be sure.
So, check with your primary care provider for an examination. If your symptoms are the result of an anxiety disorder, they will respond to effective treatments that are readily available. Cogntive-behavioral strategies and medications have been shown to be helpful.

In brief: A common symptom
Most people who suffer from anxiety also report frequent headache pain.
Most often this results from tension and can occur frequently. Other related symptoms include fatigue, difficulty concentrating and muscle pain. All of these symptoms can be treated with medication and the best place to start is obtaining a thorough physical examination.
