In brief: Depends on severity

This answer to too long for this forum. Depending on the deficits it is all about activities of daily living first and promoting independence.
Continued pt/ot/speech therapy if needed. Be aware of stimulus levels because this can overwhelm someone with tbi.

In brief: Depends on injury

This also depends on a number of things: the severity of the injury, any complications after injury, and the condition of the individual before and after injury.
Activities should be guided by a healthcare professional, and center on returning the patient to as much of their prior function as possible. Symptoms must be used as a guide- such as headache, heartrate, blood pressure.
