In brief: Coffee

It is usually safe to drink one cup of coffee a day as long as you do not drink any other caffeinated beverages.
However, i would always recommend that you check with your own doctor in case you have any issues or complications with your pregnancy that the doctor would advise you to avoid caffeine. Good luck!

Avoid near time of delvery. The newborn has limited ability to process caffeine at birth and can take days before a dose is out if its system.Irritability and poor feeding can be seen with caffeine.
