In brief: Days to weeks

After definitive surgery, that is recreating the anus, the child will stay in the hospital for about 2 days.
2-3 months later as long as the any is healed and if your child has a colostomy it will be closed and your child will stay in the hospital 2-4 days.

after colostomy takedown your child will be in the hospital until intestinal function recovers.and stooling begins. parents should be aware of serious diaper rash that accompanies reversing the colostomy. fortunately, this diaper rash is temporary.

In brief: Variable

The recovery from any surgery wil factor in the complexity, co-existing defects, need for ICU care etc.
The imperforate anus defect can be as simple as a thin membrane that separates normal colon from the perianal skin, to a high defect, where the colon must be mobilized & brought down. Abarrent fistulas may enter bladder, vagina or penis, staged repair with colostomy may be needed. All are unique.

In brief: Depends

Depends on what stage of treatment.
Initial treatment is a colostomy. Second stage is repair. Third stage is closure of ostomy. Recover to bowel function is usually 2-3 days after each surgery.
