In brief: Yes

Wilm's tumor often presents as an abdominal mass, however , in 12-25% of patients, hematuria (red blood cells in urine) is observed.
Tea-colored urine would be expected if enough red blood cells spill into urine.

In brief: Possibly

Before treatment about 30% of patients with wilms tumor will have hematuria (blood in the urine) therefore the urine can look pinkish or bloody.
After treatment the urine will look normal unless the child is taking medications that can change color of the urine.
