In brief: Of course
Although, these days, child psychiatrists who also do psychodynamic psychotherapy are very rare.
However, if you are lucky enough to find one, it is very effective. The current president-elect of the american academy of child & adolescent psychiatry is very active in this aspect of psychiatry.

In addition to child psychiatrists, other mental health professionals, such as clinical psychologists, offer psychodynamic therapy to children. Younger children are often seen in Play Therapy, where the therapist employs toys and games to understand the child dynamically. Older children and teens can simply talk to the therapist, much as adults do.

As noted, a number of professionals can provide dynamic psychotherapy. The key question is whether that is the best way to help with a specific problem. Dynamic therapy can be quite powerful, but not all disorders benefit from it.

In brief: YES! Powerful stuff!
Psychodynamic psychotherapy in kids began in 1909 when sigmund freud supervised the treatment of 5 y/o little hans, by his father. Pd play therapy is based on the belief that kids' play has a symbolic, unconscious meaning.
.. That can be observed, engaged & uncovered for diagnostic and healing purposes. A psychologist will let you know if they work with kids within a pd framework...

Yes, of course. These days, a combination of insight-oriented therapy (psychodynamic) and cognitive behavioral methods seem to work best.

Child analysis is indeed alive and well.
Speaking as a psychoanalyst, I attend conferences where groups of child analysts gather regularly to discuss ideas and cases.
